At Aerova Aviation, we believe that the future of flight training is shaped not only by innovative aircraft, but by the experience and insight of the people who fly them. Our Advisory Panel exists to bring together respected aviators, instructors, fleet managers, and technical specialists whose real-world knowledge ensures that Aerova remains grounded in the needs of flying schools, operators, and pilots.
The ethos behind the panel is simple:
listen, learn, and continuously improve.
By combining operational expertise with Aerova’s mission to modernise training fleets, the panel helps guide our decisions, validate our approach, and ensure our leasing solutions genuinely support the next generation of pilots. Their input influences areas such as aircraft selection, training effectiveness, safety considerations, customer support, and sustainability.
